The Formula is an 8-week strength and conditioning program designed to build a physique that not only/looks the part but also functions athletically.

There are numerous programs available online that all claim to lose fat and build muscle or get you jacked. However very few, if any of these, are built upon sound scientific principles. This is where the Formula is different.

The Formula follows fundamental strength and conditioning principles of progressive overload all achieved through manipulations in volume, intensity and density, whilst adding in methods such as contrast training, central nervous system priming, anaerobic power development and much more.

These are advanced training methods designed to elicit the greatest adaptation your body can give and ensure that you not only physically look more athletic, but you feel more athletic.

The methods used in this program have been tried and tested by high-level fighters including Kane Mousah and therefore we know they work.
